Book Launch Celebration – Pirates and Witches and Other Obsessions
On Saturday evening, August 16, 2025, friends, family, and fellow adventurers gathered to celebrate the launch of my debut novel. The night was alive with imagination. Guests were immersed in the story of Mycroft’s adventures, stepping into his world through games that put them right at the heart of the action. Laughter and cheers filled the room as everyone played along, helping Mycroft on his journey.
The book reading itself drew quiet anticipation, with some guests perched on the edge of their seats, eager to know what would happen next. Between chapters and challenges, everyone enjoyed a spread of tasty snacks, a stunning steampunk cake decorated with gears, and even favorite treats brought by guests themselves.
To mark the occasion, each guest received a “passport” complete with time traveler’s tickets, a keepsake to remember the journey we shared together. It was a night of stories, laughter, and community, and I couldn’t have asked for a more magical way to launch Pirates and Witches and Other Obsessions.
